During the years we've been privileged to serve the Brooklyn Center community, we've seen your lives become busier and more complex. So we have made every effort to offer complete medical care for you, and to do so at times that are convenient for you. It's also why we've installed an electronic medical record system, a tool that helps us customize a preventive care schedule for you. With this system, we can help remind you when it's time for your physical or your child 's next immunization. These are just a few ways we've changed how we approach caring for you as your life has changed.
