Why should I take a childbirth preparation class?

Our staff at North Memorial want to help you to have a satisfying birth experience. Preparation is an important step to achieving the childbirth you desire. You will learn comforting techniques which are known to increase confidence and make labor go smoother, plus knowledge which will help you make decisions through your labor and delivery. Your baby's birthday will be here before you know it, so please register months ahead to be sure to get the class of your choice!

Online Registration Information
Class selections are listed on this page in the tabs to the right. Click on the class title for available class dates. The "Details" buttons give descriptions of the class content. Click on the "Registration" button for the class you want. Complete your profile. Payment by credit card is required at the time of registration. When you receive a confirmation number, your registration has been completed. There is no need to call to confirm. The automatic system should send a confirmation letter to the email address you provided in your profile. Check your "spam" or "junk" folder as sometimes security settings send the letters there. Special Needs
Free sign language and oral interpreters are available to deaf and hard of hearing, and for foreign language class registrants. Please let us know a month before the class start date of your special needs, so that we may accommodate you.
